Development of the waterfront: The public domain

Transform was invited by the Norwegian architecture office Space Group for a collaboration on the exhibition project for the Oslo Architecture Triennale 2000.

‘Development of the waterfront. The strategy aims for a pragmatic investigation of the entire waterfront with an emphasis on developing public spaces. Although the areas possess qualities that make them obvious candidates for urban development, there is a lack of good ideas for the future. The project should discuss which qualities are important to preserve, and how the area be programmed.’
